LeahNicole Media Production: LMNP is a company of talented individuals enforcing Philly soul intothe arts and event planning via film, music and dance. Our foremost project isproducing Raw Talent: A Philadelphia Hip Hop Dance Documentary.

Mission Statement: RT

RawTalent is an inspirational movement exposing Philadelphia’s contributions to Hip Hop history and culture. This feature length film will highlight The Philadelphia experience by introducing our style and rich history in hip hop dance, dating back to late 70's all the way to present day. This documentary will cover our originality in stepping/ break dancing, popping, locking, house, old school 90s to our own native dance the “Wu-Tang”. We are presenting exclusive archives, interviews, pictures, footage, and classic locations. These stories will be told by the people who lived it, along with the legendary pioneers and new school prodigies.

Qualifications:

We are looking for reliable,proficient, flexible individuals to be part of the Raw Talent production team. You must have at least one year experience in documentary work and using professional grade cameras [Sony XRL HD, Panasonic HVX, Panasonic DVX HD. knowledgeable about f-stop/ frame rate/ focal adjustment/ sound/ photographic lenses/boom and lava leer microphones. This unpaid internship is agreat opportunity for college students to earn credits for school and gain handon experience in this field. Materials such as mini DV tapes, gas, and public transportation will be provided for all interns as well as free access to all Raw Talent events.

The Big Pay Back: The Research of Raw Talent

The Big PayBack:

The Big Pay Back is a significant part of an epic project entitled RawTalent: A Philadelphia Hip Hop Dance Documentary. Raw Talent will serve as an original documentation of Philadelphia’s contribution to Hip Hop Culture. In this portion of the Big Pay Back we will be interviewing Lady B, Bahamadia, Lady Ice –T, Lazy Smurf, Ice cream T, Malika love,and Yvette Money. These women are some of Philadelphia’s pioneers in dance, djing, and emceeing (rapping).
